We had to redo the door mold because we thought the window in the mold was for the door window, it wasn’t. So during assembly, we mounted the floor to the sides, the top to the sides, and connected the sides to both the bottom and top. i.e. we rotated it 90 degrees wrong. Now, with the new door, we’re checking alignment against the old door, it’s slightly off, but with the updated mold, the fit should now be perfect with the actual door cutout.
