One of the firewalls has been bolted to the spar along with the engine mount. The supports for the engine mount have been mocked up and are ready to be glued and taped into place. Additionally, one of the wing spars, which connects to the fuselage on the right side, is in position. The dashboard piece has also been completed, and the next step is laying up one more layer of carbon fiber over the entire face to enhance its appearance before mounting the avionics.
