We made a lot of progress on the 600. We applied four layers of carbon wrap to the exterior, securing the rings to hold everything together and prevent expansion, along with the methacrylate. We modeled and resized the windows with extra foam, giving us enough
We’re laying up the back seats and the pressure bulkhead that will form the back seat. Underneath, we’re putting in a bladder for an extra fuel tank for those who want more fuel. We’re also welding our first pieces for the 600’s controls.
We’ve completed the bottom side of the wings and the top side of the wings. Most, if not all, of the control systems have been installed. Next, we’ll be starting with the interior, engine, avionics, and lighting.
