We sprayed the inside of the ANG with Stewart Systems Eco Prime, a water-based, environmentally friendly, and airplane-safe primer. We also used a fabric-safe spray to start preparing the interior for the final version.

This update isn’t the most exciting, but here’s what we’ve been working on: We installed band clamps and straps. We removed the gear retraction system and calibrated it with a pressure meter to ensure correct operation up and down. All the T-bar hoses were replaced
We just completed our first dyno pull on the turbo engine. At 3200 engine RPM (which translates to about 1800 prop RPM), we measured 120 horsepower, plus the 75 HP that’s naturally resisted by the dyno. So that gives us a total of 200 horsepower
I keep telling everyone how thoughtful and amazing this ANG system is. Just one example – the door has a red handle: first it pulls out the cotter pin, then the main door pin, so in an emergency you can remove the whole door even
