At the attachment point for the trim tab piece, we have started bonding the rib for the actual trim tab within the elevator. The actuator will be activated through an arm that moves back, adding more weight to the front of the elevator. This adjustment will help make balancing the elevator easier during final calibration. Now that we’ve determined the mounting location, figured out the arm movement, and gathered all necessary components, we are disassembling the trim tabs to finalize the next steps.
