We’re almost finished with the tail, with just one last repair needed on this rib. We’ve completed all the nut plates, backing plates, and drilled the necessary holes. Once this rib is installed, we’ll be able to proceed with the rudder cables. By next week, we should finally be able to close up the tail with the other side, now that we’ve fixed and replaced all the ribs. Our designer hadn’t informed us to remove the core from the tail, so we didn’t realize it needed to be done until now.
